Corey Graves/Adrian Neville
I always lowkey shipped Corey/Neville because I’m a sucker for fraught former tag partners, but then Neville showed up pissed off and evil and WHOA BABY. I think the only person enjoying Neville’s new attitude more than me is Corey himself. I’d love pretty much anything with these two: something set during their tag title run (or after Corey’s sudden but inevitable betrayal!), Corey reappearing in Neville’s life when he starts at the commentary desk after those months of uncertainty (especially since if you look at the timeline it’s entirely possible that Neville gave Corey that second to last big concussion), Neville being called up to Raw and the bittersweet feelings that probably brought up for Corey, Corey getting HIS call up and the two of them finding themselves both on the big show, just not in the way they’d always dreamed, and of course anything focused on Neville’s big attitude change. Their big disagreement back when they were a team was that Corey thought Neville didn’t have enough edge, that he wouldn’t do what it took to win – did Neville have that in the back of his mind when he declared war on the rest of the cruisers? Does Neville have any regrets about how mostly straight and narrow he’d been all those years? Just how much is Neville getting off on not only proving Corey wrong, but hearing how completely delighted Corey is about it week after week?
Baron Corbin/Corey Graves
My tattoo boys! Look at these adorable assholes: http://imgur.com/a/grhKo I’m good for anything here, early days fic where Corey is helping still very rough around the edges Baron with promos, or something in that limbo period between when Corey knows he’s not going to be cleared and starting the commentary gig when neither of them knew what would happen and they kept waiting for Canyon Ceman to walk through the door with bad news. And of course later on there’s lots of good things to celebrate – WM episode tag celebrating Baron winning the battle royal, the early win over Apollo, etc, Corey’s first big night at the RAW commentary table, Baron beating the hell out of John Cena, shenanigans backstage at the Revolver awards, etc. Corey isn’t calling Baron’s matches at the moment but now that 205 Live is piggybacking onto Smackdown’s broadcast he is lurking around backstage while Baron’s working, something I’m sure Baron would put to good use.
Tyler Breeze/Corey Graves
Corey’s incredibly blatant crush on Tyler was the BEST and I miss it. If it’s set when they were both still at NXT I like Corey pining and Tyler not understanding it at ALL, what is wrong with you Graves MAKE A MOVE ALREADY. Narcissist Tyler really loving the idea of Corey and his giant crush watching him work and Corey pulling out all the stops to make Tyler look great. If set post-call up, again Sad Discouraged Tyler needs a lot of cheering up! Tyler almost certainly misses having someone competent call his matches (none of these commentators ever mention how gorgeous he is! What’s their problem?) - maybe Corey redubs some after Tyler complains, or Tyler just touches base with his #1 fan to boost his ego after a hard match and Corey doesn’t mind being used like that at all. Or someone could pick up that Corey never gets a fashion police ticket! (Or Corey suddenly starts getting TONS of them! Which of course would be a total outrage and would almost certainly lead to sexy cop roleplay.)
Corey Graves/Shinsuke Nakamura
Watch Joe ambush Shinsuke on the September 14th NXT and see how distraught Corey is over it! He not only gets up to hover over Shinsuke, he’s off his game for the whole next match, he’s so shaken up. Seeing Shinsuke in pain and not knowing how bad it was, that worry he might have seen someone else’s career get cut short the way his own was brought all that mostly healed trauma back to the surface and I’d love anything dealing with Corey’s messy emotions in the aftermath. But even aside from that fantastic moment Corey’s crush has been pretty apparent since Shinsuke’s debut and I’d love that appreciation going both ways – Shinsuke really liking the way Corey calls his matches, for instance, or wanting a close up look at his tattoos since visible tattoos aren’t nearly as done a thing in Japan. (Not that Shinsuke really seems like someone who’d care much for common convention!) Corey consoling Shinsuke after losing the title to Joe and/or helping him celebrate after winning it back would also be fantastic. Or send them suit shopping - that’s one sales associate/dressing room attendant who will have one hell of a story after their shift.
Corey Graves/Charlotte
Corey and his royalty! I love the way he calls Charlotte’s matches – he’s said since back in NXT that she was his favorite and he’s always 100% in her corner. And they’ve known each other forever, since Charlotte’s very first day in FCW (here’s the two of them being adorable in a Superstar Ink outtake: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ipUY94lIqA). I’d love the Queen showing her #1 fan some regal appreciation, especially if that means dragging him off by his tie after the cameras shut off.
Tyler Breeze/William Regal
I LOVED Tyler barging into Regal’s office and trying to work his supermodel charm. I’d love more of that, with Tyler really pulling out all the stops to seduce his boss (because obviously Regal is just being professional/playing hard to get! Tyler just has to keep trying!) Maybe Tyler sends pics or videos to cheer Regal up while he’s recovering from his neck surgery (or drapes himself all over Regal’s desk as a welcome back present), or if it’s set post Tyler’s call up maybe Regal’s the one getting in touch to encourage Tyler to keep his head up during this run of bad luck. I’m a big fan of Regal being charmed and tempted despite himself and Tyler getting angry and frustrated if the seduction isn’t working, or post call up Tyler getting the pick me up he needs.
Tommaso Ciampa/Johnny Gargano
Anything with these two ridiculous dorks. Post-CWC, post-Brooklyn, celebrating after Toronto or anything in between. I’m a huge sucker for fic that wonders what would have happened if Tommaso had gone through with that kill shot or just lingers on that moment but I’d be just as happy with #Gloriousbombs and bickering in Ikea over what kind of sofa will fit best in the living room. Guest appearances by Candice and/or Chuck Taylor welcome!

I love the dynamic between these two. I’m a big fan of Time Lord/time traveler Simon but that’s not necessary. (But if you do want to go full on Doctor Who crossover, fell free! No one would be more aghast at the Doctor showing up to wreck things than poor Simon.) I’d love something with them meeting and getting together, whether back in the long past or just in NXT, or the two of them trying to find their place and stay true to themselves now that they’re on the main roster.
And Jack, their obvious time son! :D Do they know he’s their time son? Does only Simon know and this is an awkward conversation he’d hoped he wouldn’t have to have? Or do neither of them know and the first time meeting Jack is a surprise to everyone? How DID Jack wind up in Manchester, anyway? What sins has the New Day’s time machine wrought?!

This is a pure filth pairing made entirely of bad decisions, go for broke here. You know it killed Owen to have Bret have to fight this battle and for Razor to think so little of him! Have Owen confront Razor and things get...out of control. (Razor’s machismo will not be denied!) We know from how things play out what the sibling rivalry between Bret and Owen will be like, of COURSE Owen would be up for screwing his brother’s rival and only making token efforts at keeping it a secret – have the entire locker room gossiping about it until Bret’s about to explode. Does Owen’s tag partner Koko know he’s sneaking out at night? Does he try to talk sense into Owen or has he been around long enough to know there’s no way that will work? How much innuendo can Razor pack into his mid-match trash talking when he fights Bret – does he outright say what he’s going to do to Bret’s baby brother after the show, or does he just loudly imply it?

I don’t know what happened when the Usos turned heel but suddenly they became sex on legs. I love the idea that hooking up with each other was something they’d done when they were younger but tried to give up, then fell back into when they decided to stop trying so hard to make everyone happy all the time. Indulge in all the codependent, us-against-the-world, no one will understand you the way I do Uce, tropiness you can think of, including them getting off on this big secret.
And hey, Dean’s practically family too, right? They probably did promise Roman they’d look after his boy on Smackdown, just probably not exactly the way Roman had expected.
Luke Harper/Randy Orton/Bray Wyatt

Oh boy, the Wyatts and their sexy new snake in the grass. The delicate balance between the three of them has been so much fun to watch, from the barely disguised loathing between Luke and Randy to Bray’s joy in his new convert – if he is a convert at all. I’d love anything that deal with that the hell is going on in Randy’s head during all this, what those voices in his head are saying and whether or not he’s listening to them. If Luke is involved, I am all for him dealing with the sudden insecurity of maybe not being the first among Bray’s followers anymore and the dissonance of not wanting to question Bray while knowing Randy being around is a terrible, terrible idea, with Bray trying to reassure him. What kind of rituals are involved with joining the Wyatts? Did Randy expect things to go as far as they have? Is in genuinely all in, or is this a game he’s started to get lost in? I’m all for anything that explores the connections between the new Wyatts, either between Bray and Randy or with all three.
Braun Strowman & Sami Zayn
Someone who was (presumably) raised by the Wyatts is by definition someone who does not know how to deal with feelings that don’t involve punching. This is Braun’s first taste of freedom and everything is going so well except that Sami Zayn will not go away. No matter how hard Braun punches, Sami keeps getting back up! Hatesex would be fantastic but I’d love anything where these two have to deal with each other that can’t end with someone going through a table – stuck in an airport, snowed in at a Denny’s, Sami’s car skids off the road and Braun pulls it out of the ditch, not even sure why he does it. I’d really like Braun’s terrible backstory to come up and Sami be forced to think about that, even if he still doesn’t like Braun very much. Or just have fun with Braun’s comic book strength! Have Sami getting off on that, especially if he doesn’t know why or what’s wrong with him.
Erick Rowan & Braun Strowman
The two Wyatt prodigals take very different attitudes toward freedom – Erick drifted and tried to best to be “good” but ultimately always goes back to the Family, while Braun is reveling and thriving. Have Erick show up at Braun’s door, either to persuade him to return or out of not having anywhere to go, possibling because he was cast out again or made a voluntary break he now regrets. They ARE family, in a kinda sorta we have a cult in common way – how does that color things? What does Erick think of how much Braun loves being free, how he’s found direction without Bray? Does that give Erick hope or does he find it faintly blasphemous? Does Braun feel contempt for his former brother, or are there deeper feelings there? Or does Braun just want Erick off his couch and to stop trying to teach him to play chess?
Waylon Mercy & Jake Roberts
I just want these lunatics talking to each other. There were never around at the same time so go nuts here: is meeting Jake what makes Waylon give the WWF a try? Was Waylon a hitchhiker no one but Jake Roberts should pick up? Or do they go back a long time? Feel free to create a Wyatt connection! I mean, look at Waylon Mercy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nzX3FIoW3P8 That is a man connected to the Wyatts, (Bray even used to dress like him!) and Jake would fit right in with that group.
Noam Dar/Alicia Fox
I am astonished by how much I love these two on 205, especially Alicia’s grudging admiration for Noam’s sleazy moxie. Alicia’s played this game many times but she’s really not been pursued this ardently, and it being a younger guy with a hot accent after her is probably doing nice things for her ego. Have Alicia continue to play hard to get, telling herself she’s just trying to wind Noam up but deep down enjoying the game for its own sake. And maybe sneak in a genuine moment in between all the hate flirting – maybe Noam takes a scary fall and Alicia is surprised at how genuinely worried she gets (a moment Noam will almost certainly ruin, but she’d be even more worried about him if he hadn’t!) Or Noam goes too far and actually offends Alicia, then does a big romantic gesture she can’t say no to. Anything that shows that while they both know this isn’t real and is all part of the game, there is a tiny bit of realness hiding there.
(Or Noam shows up at Alicia’s hotel room door and Alicia goes, “Oh, why not? He’s probably great at dirty talk.” That’s good too.)
Bayley/Charlotte/Sasha Banks
This Roadblock wrestling soulmate Charlotte/Sasha video got me right in the Sasha/Bayley feels: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vmJrUe2pYK4 After the initial “but BAYLEY is Sasha’s wrestling soulmate!” impulse faded I realized how much I wanted something dealing with that shifting dynamic: how did Bayley feel watching that? When did Sasha realize that shift had happened, and what did she think about it? Give me anything and everything with these three in all their messy glory; this is an especially good time for soulmate AUs – if it’s a mark on your body AU, did Bayley’s start to fade? Is it rare for someone to have more than one soulmate? How do they deal with this now? Do they ask the Shield for advice? (Do not ask the Shield for advice.)
Tyler Breeze/Xavier Woods
These two are so much fun to watch up on Up Up Down Down. The have fantastic banter and the obvious affection there is great (and I love Xavier calling Tyler “Prince” all the time.) I’d love some courting through video games, especially if poor Xavier realizes he’s falling for his buddy and doesn’t know what to do about that (maybe he stumbles over Tyler’s modeling portfolio and seeing him all glammed up makes Xavier feel things.:) Tyler went through a serious rough patch right after he was called up and Xavier could try to cheer him up and get seriously over his head, or the story could be set now with Xavier looking at Breezango and trying to bury the crush because obviously he’s got no shot.

That stretch of 2005-2006 where it seemed like every episode of Impact had some combination of AJ vs Daniels vs Joe is one of my favorite eras of wrestling, period. I would love ANYTHING set then or spinning out of then. I ship AJ/Daniels very hard, they’re one of my longest standing OTPs, and ship Joe with both, especially if he’s playing the other two against each other.
• Post-Genesis fic, with guilty AJ having all kinds of feelings about watching Joe put Daniels in the hospital. Prime opportunity for bedside vigils here, especially with AJ not even sure what it is he’s feeling – he and Daniels weren’t ACTUALLY friends at this point but they’d fought so many times at that point there was that wrestling soulmate bond nonetheless. On Joe’s side, Joe winding AJ up until their title match a month later, using his feelings for Daniels against him – maybe that was the whole reason he’d turned on Daniels in the first place, he’d figured out the perfect way to get under Golden Boy AJ’s skin. (How things change! For AJ, anyway, Joe’s always been Joe.)
• ANYTHING set during AJ and Daniels’ tag team era, a time cruelly cut short by TNA’s grudge against me personally. Everything from sneaking around backstage during tapings to the tension of knowing that this probably wasn’t going to last and someday AJ and Daniels would go back to being at each other’s throats. (A tension they share with #DIY, actually!)
• Joe in general being scheming and traitorous and terrible.
• Fic set during that post-glory days era when AJ’s halo started to slip. Did Daniels ever feel a little regret at pushing AJ to dirty his hands a little when it actually started to happen?
Tyler Breeze/Xavier Woods | Consequences Creed
The best glitch happened again! (And I kept the piping because for once it’s appropriate!) We know from Breaking Ground that Tyler was on the cut list multiple times – maybe this is an AU where the unthinkable happened? TNA would definitely snatch him up and then Xavier has some decisions to make – he’s been in TNA, he knows exactly how things work there. Does he let Tyler face all that alone? Does he pick up on Tyler getting more miserable during their video game sessions and have trouble staying positive with that in the back of his mind? Maybe Bray gives Xavier a glimpse of a parallel universe where he stayed in TNA, or alters the timeline so he never did! (The villain!) Do they get BROKEN? Basically I’m up for anything from Tyler and Xavier finding an island of happiness in each other to a full on rewrite the world rescue mission.

The Mack/Sexy Star
These two are just so cute. I love how supportive Mack has been of Star and her Moth trauma. He looks at her like she’s the greatest thing he’s ever seen and it’s just the best. And Mack being in peril broke her out of PTSD attack! Mack is so supportive and happy for her when she wins the belt! If that’s not true love I don’t know what is. They’re as close to fluff as it gets at the Temple and it’s nice to have something candy coated to balance out all the death and destruction.
Pentagón Jr./Prince Puma
OH BOY, are things about to get interesting here! I loved how S2 set them up as mirrors of each other – they’re both very driven, strong-willed fighters with legends for mentors; they both want the title but have completely opposite ideas of how to get there. I like the contrast of Puma with his decency and conscience with Pentagon’s complete abandon. Puma’s been adrift since the end of last season – first he lost Konnan, and now he’s resurrected right into Vampiro’s Sith lord clutches. I’d love these two interacting in any way – Puma fighting jealousy that Pentagon essentially found his master almost when Puma had just gone through the trauma of losing his, the two of them being thrown together at the beginning of this season, Puma checking in with Pentagon while he’s recovering from Matanza trying to cripple him (maybe with Puma not even understanding why he’s doing it) etc and of course the madness going on this season, with Vampiro grooming Puma. How much of Puma is even left in there? All of it would be great.
Pentagon Jr. & Vampiro
I’m very big on their mentor/pupil relationships – S1 fic where Vampiro’s watching Pentagón make those sacrifices, not knowing his master was right there watching, S2 fic dealing with Pentagón’s injury and Vampiro’s weird (but effective!) torture medicine, S3 fic with Vampiro burning up watching Pentagón fight after having rejected him, etc. Vamp sounded orgasmic watching Pentagon run that gauntlet and now Pentagon’s been replaced. I’m fascinated by these two and would love anything there.
Fénix/ Catrina
When the man who can’t die meets the woman who controls death. These two fascinate me and I’m thrilled things seem to be picking back up – what is going on with these two aparrent opposite? Why does Fenix keep drifting back to Catrina? What’s the bond that keeps bringing them back together? Backstory, current day, game for anything.
Dario Cueto & Matanza Cueto
The Cueto brothers are the strange, violent heart of the Temple and I love the genuine bond there is between them. I’d love fic set during the S2 road trip last season when the two of them and Black Lotus were a terrible family in close quarters for a while, or set pre-Temple, with teenage Dario showing the first signs of who he would become and what part his brother would play in that. How much does Matanza comprehend of what’s going on? How much of him is the god? Do the god and the man talk in there, or are they fused into something new? What DID he do for those months while Dario was in jail? What would happen is someone really got a hold of Dario (the way he frankly richly deserves.) And speaking of people getting their hands on Dario, this season Matanza did quite a number on Dario himself. Things seem to have gone more or less back to normal though, so is that a shift or has that threat always been there?
Angélico/Son of Havoc/Ivelisse Vélez

Ugh, my LU OT3, I miss them teaming so much. I’ll be happy with anything: fic set during the Trios tournament, afterward when they have the titles and are struggling to keep them and not kill each other in the process, post-S1 fic where they’re separated and come back together, AU fic where the tournament went differently or Pentagon decided to target one of them instead of Sexy Star, etc .And of course there’s always blowing off steam post-match. Are they still meeting up even though they’re not a Trios team any more? How is bored and laid up Ivelisse passing the time?
And poor Angelico! Both he and Ivelisse are having such a rough year. I’d love if Havoc was the one who picked Angelico up from that alley after the Underground jumped him (who else is he going to call?) Move Angelico into Mom of Havoc’s house too, I’m sure there’s room! I’d love Havoc dealing with the messy emotions having Angelico around would bring up, a walking reminder of when Ivelisse was still in his corner and on his bike. Let’s see them relate to each other without there being a team or a third member.
And if it’s Actual Angel Angelico, obviously bring on the wing kink.

Yeah, that...does not go the way he’d hoped. XD I’m so OTP about these two it’s ridiculous, I’d be happy with literally anything, including stick figures. Give me backstory, time loops, wing kink, weird Aerostar true form sex, mid-best of five fics, celebrating after the Trios win, Aerostar beside himself while Drago’s missing, Aerostar helping Drago deal with what Kobra and her goons did, anything and everything. You can do no wrong here.

Lex Luger is the Worst. This is an undeniable fact and Sting keeps going back for more. Why? How? Why don’t you love yourself, Sting? All I want here is this mess in all its traitorous, codependent glory. Maybe the rest of the roster stages an intervention! How does Lex keep worming his way back in? Why does Sting keep forgiving him? (Maybe older, hopefully wiser Sting is telling this tale of woe to Sami Zayn, who has his own Terrible Friend!)
Scott Hall/Kevin Nash
In case you haven’t seen it, the greatest backstage ambush of all time: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mtc7QzFzjPY Look at those two glorious, magnificent assholes, the NWO was never better than when it was just Hall and Nash swaggering around and tossing Rey Mysterio around like a lawn dart. That era where they really were the Outsiders, just the two of them versus the entire old guard of WCW was the best and I’d love anything set there – an AU were things went differently (for better or worse!), missing scene fic of the two of them gloating or scheming or hiding from the WCW higher ups, them being menaced by Sting, etc. (I know Crow!Sting comes slightly later, but he’s so good a menacing.) Basically I’m not a big fan of Hogan, so if we either can politely pretend he’s not an issue or he’s busy being a pain in the ass, that would be great. I’d also be up for fic set much later, when the wheels are coming off the cart and everyone’s starting to realize it.
Ric Flair & Arn Anderson
There has never been a better henchman in the history of henching than Arn Anderson. The man was born to hench. I’d really love his POV on Ric and his place in Ric’s life and in the Horsemen (I’m not sure Ric is really self aware enough for the other way around, especially then!) What was it like for Arn when Ric had his WWF vacation? What was it like when they were working that enormous con job on Sting? Other Horseman came and went but Arn Anderson was always there standing right by Ric’s side and I love that. And we know Ric did too, in his selfish human peacock way.
Steve Austin/Brian Pillman
The Hollywood Blondes were my favorites so of course WCW ruined everything. I love how even back then you can see the seeds of who both of them would become and I would pretty much love any fic where they’re being huge pains in the ass to everyone and making their own fun.

I love big, green Scott and how he and much more veteran, usually villainous Curt seem to adore each other. Have Curt showing Scott the ropes and getting him in trouble, or trying not be a little jealous when Scott gets award most popular athlete. At this point in their lives the future is open and their biggest problem is Buddy Rose jumping them after the match or the two of them making sure Curt’s dad doesn’t catch them sneaking around. I love that little bit of fluff starting what will become a much bigger story.

Putting all these together because a) this letter is already ridiculous and b) there is an obvious common element: give me Freebird fic! Freebirds dealing with the Von Erichs, the Birds tangling with JYD and outrunning mob justice, the Birds tearing up Georgia. I’m OTP about Michael/Terry – if they’re at a point where they’re at odds please have them reconcile by the end! (or make it a fic with Terry having a hard time hurting Michael or watching him go out drinking, knowing he’s going to get into trouble without Terry backing him up – that would be GREAT. Michael getting hurt while they’re supposed to be on the outs and Terry not knowing how to handle it would be amazing angst.) I love Terry being Michael’s loyal guard dog who is smarter than everyone gives him credit for and then of course too pretty for all of you Michael Hayes. And Buddy! I love Buddy signing on with these two loud mouth kids and never leaving even though they keep running out so he's stuck talking to the cops after bar fights, the ring veteran who should know better but clearly doesn’t. And they had SUCH an amazing blood feud with the Von Erichs, the kind you can only have when one side really thought you all were friends before getting a cage door slammed on their head.

I always lowkey shipped Corey/Neville because I’m a sucker for fraught former tag partners, but then Neville showed up pissed off and evil and WHOA BABY. I think the only person enjoying Neville’s new attitude more than me is Corey himself. I’d love pretty much anything with these two: something set during their tag title run (or after Corey’s sudden but inevitable betrayal!), Corey reappearing in Neville’s life when he starts at the commentary desk after those months of uncertainty (especially since if you look at the timeline it’s entirely possible that Neville gave Corey that second to last big concussion), Neville being called up to Raw and the bittersweet feelings that probably brought up for Corey, Corey getting HIS call up and the two of them finding themselves both on the big show, just not in the way they’d always dreamed, and of course anything focused on Neville’s big attitude change. Their big disagreement back when they were a team was that Corey thought Neville didn’t have enough edge, that he wouldn’t do what it took to win – did Neville have that in the back of his mind when he declared war on the rest of the cruisers? Does Neville have any regrets about how mostly straight and narrow he’d been all those years? Just how much is Neville getting off on not only proving Corey wrong, but hearing how completely delighted Corey is about it week after week?
Baron Corbin/Corey Graves

And of course later on there’s lots of good things to celebrate – WM episode tag celebrating Baron winning the battle royal, the early win over Apollo, etc, Corey’s first big night at the RAW commentary table, Baron beating the hell out of John Cena, shenanigans backstage at the Revolver awards, etc. Corey isn’t calling Baron’s matches at the moment but now that 205 Live is piggybacking onto Smackdown’s broadcast he is lurking around backstage while Baron’s working, something I’m sure Baron would put to good use.

Corey’s incredibly blatant crush on Tyler was the BEST and I miss it. If it’s set when they were both still at NXT I like Corey pining and Tyler not understanding it at ALL, what is wrong with you Graves MAKE A MOVE ALREADY. Narcissist Tyler really loving the idea of Corey and his giant crush watching him work and Corey pulling out all the stops to make Tyler look great. If set post-call up, again Sad Discouraged Tyler needs a lot of cheering up! Tyler almost certainly misses having someone competent call his matches (none of these commentators ever mention how gorgeous he is! What’s their problem?) - maybe Corey redubs some after Tyler complains, or Tyler just touches base with his #1 fan to boost his ego after a hard match and Corey doesn’t mind being used like that at all. Or someone could pick up that Corey never gets a fashion police ticket! (Or Corey suddenly starts getting TONS of them! Which of course would be a total outrage and would almost certainly lead to sexy cop roleplay.)
Corey Graves/Shinsuke Nakamura
Watch Joe ambush Shinsuke on the September 14th NXT and see how distraught Corey is over it! He not only gets up to hover over Shinsuke, he’s off his game for the whole next match, he’s so shaken up. Seeing Shinsuke in pain and not knowing how bad it was, that worry he might have seen someone else’s career get cut short the way his own was brought all that mostly healed trauma back to the surface and I’d love anything dealing with Corey’s messy emotions in the aftermath. But even aside from that fantastic moment Corey’s crush has been pretty apparent since Shinsuke’s debut and I’d love that appreciation going both ways – Shinsuke really liking the way Corey calls his matches, for instance, or wanting a close up look at his tattoos since visible tattoos aren’t nearly as done a thing in Japan. (Not that Shinsuke really seems like someone who’d care much for common convention!) Corey consoling Shinsuke after losing the title to Joe and/or helping him celebrate after winning it back would also be fantastic. Or send them suit shopping - that’s one sales associate/dressing room attendant who will have one hell of a story after their shift.

Corey and his royalty! I love the way he calls Charlotte’s matches – he’s said since back in NXT that she was his favorite and he’s always 100% in her corner. And they’ve known each other forever, since Charlotte’s very first day in FCW (here’s the two of them being adorable in a Superstar Ink outtake: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ipUY94lIqA). I’d love the Queen showing her #1 fan some regal appreciation, especially if that means dragging him off by his tie after the cameras shut off.
Tyler Breeze/William Regal
I LOVED Tyler barging into Regal’s office and trying to work his supermodel charm. I’d love more of that, with Tyler really pulling out all the stops to seduce his boss (because obviously Regal is just being professional/playing hard to get! Tyler just has to keep trying!) Maybe Tyler sends pics or videos to cheer Regal up while he’s recovering from his neck surgery (or drapes himself all over Regal’s desk as a welcome back present), or if it’s set post Tyler’s call up maybe Regal’s the one getting in touch to encourage Tyler to keep his head up during this run of bad luck. I’m a big fan of Regal being charmed and tempted despite himself and Tyler getting angry and frustrated if the seduction isn’t working, or post call up Tyler getting the pick me up he needs.

Anything with these two ridiculous dorks. Post-CWC, post-Brooklyn, celebrating after Toronto or anything in between. I’m a huge sucker for fic that wonders what would have happened if Tommaso had gone through with that kill shot or just lingers on that moment but I’d be just as happy with #Gloriousbombs and bickering in Ikea over what kind of sofa will fit best in the living room. I’d love something with them meeting and getting together, whether back in the long past or just in NXT, or the two of them trying to find their place and stay true to themselves now that they’re on the main roster.

We know from how things play out what the sibling rivalry between Bret and Owen will be like, of COURSE Owen would be up for screwing his brother’s rival and only making token efforts at keeping it a secret – have the entire locker room gossiping about it until Bret’s about to explode. Does Owen’s tag partner Koko know he’s sneaking out at night? Does he try to talk sense into Owen or has he been around long enough to know there’s no way that will work? How much innuendo can Razor pack into his mid-match trash talking when he fights Bret – does he outright say what he’s going to do to Bret’s baby brother after the show, or does he just loudly imply it?

I love the idea that hooking up with each other was something they’d done when they were younger but tried to give up, then fell back into when they decided to stop trying so hard to make everyone happy all the time. Indulge in all the codependent, us-against-the-world, no one will understand you the way I do Uce, tropiness you can think of, including them getting off on this big secret.
And hey, Dean’s practically family too, right? They probably did promise Roman they’d look after his boy on Smackdown, just probably not exactly the way Roman had expected.

Oh boy, the Wyatts and their sexy new snake in the grass. The delicate balance between the three of them has been so much fun to watch, from the barely disguised loathing between Luke and Randy to Bray’s joy in his new convert – if he is a convert at all. I’d love anything that deal with that the hell is going on in Randy’s head during all this, what those voices in his head are saying and whether or not he’s listening to them. If Luke is involved, I am all for him dealing with the sudden insecurity of maybe not being the first among Bray’s followers anymore and the dissonance of not wanting to question Bray while knowing Randy being around is a terrible, terrible idea, with Bray trying to reassure him. What kind of rituals are involved with joining the Wyatts? Did Randy expect things to go as far as they have? Is in genuinely all in, or is this a game he’s started to get lost in? I’m all for anything that explores the connections between the new Wyatts, either between Bray and Randy or with all three.
Braun Strowman & Sami Zayn
Someone who was (presumably) raised by the Wyatts is by definition someone who does not know how to deal with feelings that don’t involve punching. This is Braun’s first taste of freedom and everything is going so well except that Sami Zayn will not go away. No matter how hard Braun punches, Sami keeps getting back up! Hatesex would be fantastic but I’d love anything where these two have to deal with each other that can’t end with someone going through a table – stuck in an airport, snowed in at a Denny’s, Sami’s car skids off the road and Braun pulls it out of the ditch, not even sure why he does it. I’d really like Braun’s terrible backstory to come up and Sami be forced to think about that, even if he still doesn’t like Braun very much. Or just have fun with Braun’s comic book strength! Have Sami getting off on that, especially if he doesn’t know why or what’s wrong with him.
Erick Rowan & Braun Strowman
The two Wyatt prodigals take very different attitudes toward freedom – Erick drifted and tried to best to be “good” but ultimately always goes back to the Family, while Braun is reveling and thriving. Have Erick show up at Braun’s door, either to persuade him to return or out of not having anywhere to go, possibling because he was cast out again or made a voluntary break he now regrets. They ARE family, in a kinda sorta we have a cult in common way – how does that color things? What does Erick think of how much Braun loves being free, how he’s found direction without Bray? Does that give Erick hope or does he find it faintly blasphemous? Does Braun feel contempt for his former brother, or are there deeper feelings there? Or does Braun just want Erick off his couch and to stop trying to teach him to play chess?

I just want these lunatics talking to each other. There were never around at the same time so go nuts here: is meeting Jake what makes Waylon give the WWF a try? Was Waylon a hitchhiker no one but Jake Roberts should pick up? Or do they go back a long time? Feel free to create a Wyatt connection! I mean, look at Waylon Mercy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nzX3FIoW3P8 That is a man connected to the Wyatts, (Bray even used to dress like him!) and Jake would fit right in with that group.
Noam Dar/Alicia Fox
I am astonished by how much I love these two on 205, especially Alicia’s grudging admiration for Noam’s sleazy moxie. Alicia’s played this game many times but she’s really not been pursued this ardently, and it being a younger guy with a hot accent after her is probably doing nice things for her ego. Have Alicia continue to play hard to get, telling herself she’s just trying to wind Noam up but deep down enjoying the game for its own sake. And maybe sneak in a genuine moment in between all the hate flirting – maybe Noam takes a scary fall and Alicia is surprised at how genuinely worried she gets (a moment Noam will almost certainly ruin, but she’d be even more worried about him if he hadn’t!) Or Noam goes too far and actually offends Alicia, then does a big romantic gesture she can’t say no to. Anything that shows that while they both know this isn’t real and is all part of the game, there is a tiny bit of realness hiding there.
(Or Noam shows up at Alicia’s hotel room door and Alicia goes, “Oh, why not? He’s probably great at dirty talk.” That’s good too.)

When did Sasha realize that shift had happened, and what did she think about it? Give me anything and everything with these three in all their messy glory; this is an especially good time for soulmate AUs – if it’s a mark on your body AU, did Bayley’s start to fade? Is it rare for someone to have more than one soulmate? How do they deal with this now? Do they ask the Shield for advice? (Do not ask the Shield for advice.)

These two are so much fun to watch up on Up Up Down Down. The have fantastic banter and the obvious affection there is great (and I love Xavier calling Tyler “Prince” all the time.) I’d love some courting through video games, especially if poor Xavier realizes he’s falling for his buddy and doesn’t know what to do about that (maybe he stumbles over Tyler’s modeling portfolio and seeing him all glammed up makes Xavier feel things.:) Tyler went through a serious rough patch right after he was called up and Xavier could try to cheer him up and get seriously over his head, or the story could be set now with Xavier looking at Breezango and trying to bury the crush because obviously he’s got no shot.

That stretch of 2005-2006 where it seemed like every episode of Impact had some combination of AJ vs Daniels vs Joe is one of my favorite eras of wrestling, period. I would love ANYTHING set then or spinning out of then. I ship AJ/Daniels very hard, they’re one of my longest standing OTPs, and ship Joe with both, especially if he’s playing the other two against each other.
• Post-Genesis fic, with guilty AJ having all kinds of feelings about watching Joe put Daniels in the hospital. Prime opportunity for bedside vigils here, especially with AJ not even sure what it is he’s feeling – he and Daniels weren’t ACTUALLY friends at this point but they’d fought so many times at that point there was that wrestling soulmate bond nonetheless. On Joe’s side, Joe winding AJ up until their title match a month later, using his feelings for Daniels against him – maybe that was the whole reason he’d turned on Daniels in the first place, he’d figured out the perfect way to get under Golden Boy AJ’s skin. (How things change! For AJ, anyway, Joe’s always been Joe.)
• ANYTHING set during AJ and Daniels’ tag team era, a time cruelly cut short by TNA’s grudge against me personally. Everything from sneaking around backstage during tapings to the tension of knowing that this probably wasn’t going to last and someday AJ and Daniels would go back to being at each other’s throats. (A tension they share with #DIY, actually!)
• Joe in general being scheming and traitorous and terrible.
• Fic set during that post-glory days era when AJ’s halo started to slip. Did Daniels ever feel a little regret at pushing AJ to dirty his hands a little when it actually started to happen?
Tyler Breeze/Xavier Woods | Consequences Creed
The best glitch happened again! (And I kept the piping because for once it’s appropriate!) We know from Breaking Ground that Tyler was on the cut list multiple times – maybe this is an AU where the unthinkable happened? TNA would definitely snatch him up and then Xavier has some decisions to make – he’s been in TNA, he knows exactly how things work there. Does he let Tyler face all that alone? Does he pick up on Tyler getting more miserable during their video game sessions and have trouble staying positive with that in the back of his mind? Maybe Bray gives Xavier a glimpse of a parallel universe where he stayed in TNA, or alters the timeline so he never did! (The villain!) Do they get BROKEN? Basically I’m up for anything from Tyler and Xavier finding an island of happiness in each other to a full on rewrite the world rescue mission.

The Mack/Sexy Star
These two are just so cute. I love how supportive Mack has been of Star and her Moth trauma. He looks at her like she’s the greatest thing he’s ever seen and it’s just the best. And Mack being in peril broke her out of PTSD attack! Mack is so supportive and happy for her when she wins the belt! If that’s not true love I don’t know what is. They’re as close to fluff as it gets at the Temple and it’s nice to have something candy coated to balance out all the death and destruction.
Pentagón Jr./Prince Puma
OH BOY, are things about to get interesting here! I loved how S2 set them up as mirrors of each other – they’re both very driven, strong-willed fighters with legends for mentors; they both want the title but have completely opposite ideas of how to get there. I like the contrast of Puma with his decency and conscience with Pentagon’s complete abandon. Puma’s been adrift since the end of last season – first he lost Konnan, and now he’s resurrected right into Vampiro’s Sith lord clutches. I’d love these two interacting in any way – Puma fighting jealousy that Pentagon essentially found his master almost when Puma had just gone through the trauma of losing his, the two of them being thrown together at the beginning of this season, Puma checking in with Pentagon while he’s recovering from Matanza trying to cripple him (maybe with Puma not even understanding why he’s doing it) etc and of course the madness going on this season, with Vampiro grooming Puma. How much of Puma is even left in there? All of it would be great.
Pentagon Jr. & Vampiro
I’m very big on their mentor/pupil relationships – S1 fic where Vampiro’s watching Pentagón make those sacrifices, not knowing his master was right there watching, S2 fic dealing with Pentagón’s injury and Vampiro’s weird (but effective!) torture medicine, S3 fic with Vampiro burning up watching Pentagón fight after having rejected him, etc. Vamp sounded orgasmic watching Pentagon run that gauntlet and now Pentagon’s been replaced. I’m fascinated by these two and would love anything there.
Fénix/ Catrina
When the man who can’t die meets the woman who controls death. These two fascinate me and I’m thrilled things seem to be picking back up – what is going on with these two aparrent opposite? Why does Fenix keep drifting back to Catrina? What’s the bond that keeps bringing them back together? Backstory, current day, game for anything.
Dario Cueto & Matanza Cueto
The Cueto brothers are the strange, violent heart of the Temple and I love the genuine bond there is between them. I’d love fic set during the S2 road trip last season when the two of them and Black Lotus were a terrible family in close quarters for a while, or set pre-Temple, with teenage Dario showing the first signs of who he would become and what part his brother would play in that. How much does Matanza comprehend of what’s going on? How much of him is the god? Do the god and the man talk in there, or are they fused into something new? What DID he do for those months while Dario was in jail? What would happen is someone really got a hold of Dario (the way he frankly richly deserves.) And speaking of people getting their hands on Dario, this season Matanza did quite a number on Dario himself. Things seem to have gone more or less back to normal though, so is that a shift or has that threat always been there?
Angélico/Son of Havoc/Ivelisse Vélez

Ugh, my LU OT3, I miss them teaming so much. I’ll be happy with anything: fic set during the Trios tournament, afterward when they have the titles and are struggling to keep them and not kill each other in the process, post-S1 fic where they’re separated and come back together, AU fic where the tournament went differently or Pentagon decided to target one of them instead of Sexy Star, etc .And of course there’s always blowing off steam post-match. Are they still meeting up even though they’re not a Trios team any more? How is bored and laid up Ivelisse passing the time?
And poor Angelico! Both he and Ivelisse are having such a rough year. I’d love if Havoc was the one who picked Angelico up from that alley after the Underground jumped him (who else is he going to call?) Move Angelico into Mom of Havoc’s house too, I’m sure there’s room! I’d love Havoc dealing with the messy emotions having Angelico around would bring up, a walking reminder of when Ivelisse was still in his corner and on his bike. Let’s see them relate to each other without there being a team or a third member.

Lex Luger is the Worst. This is an undeniable fact and Sting keeps going back for more. Why? How? Why don’t you love yourself, Sting? All I want here is this mess in all its traitorous, codependent glory. Maybe the rest of the roster stages an intervention! How does Lex keep worming his way back in? Why does Sting keep forgiving him? (Maybe older, hopefully wiser Sting is telling this tale of woe to Sami Zayn, who has his own Terrible Friend!)

In case you haven’t seen it, the greatest backstage ambush of all time: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mtc7QzFzjPY Look at those two glorious, magnificent assholes, the NWO was never better than when it was just Hall and Nash swaggering around and tossing Rey Mysterio around like a lawn dart. That era where they really were the Outsiders, just the two of them versus the entire old guard of WCW was the best and I’d love anything set there – an AU were things went differently (for better or worse!), missing scene fic of the two of them gloating or scheming or hiding from the WCW higher ups, them being menaced by Sting, etc. (I know Crow!Sting comes slightly later, but he’s so good a menacing.) Basically I’m not a big fan of Hogan, so if we either can politely pretend he’s not an issue or he’s busy being a pain in the ass, that would be great. I’d also be up for fic set much later, when the wheels are coming off the cart and everyone’s starting to realize it.

There has never been a better henchman in the history of henching than Arn Anderson. The man was born to hench. I’d really love his POV on Ric and his place in Ric’s life and in the Horsemen (I’m not sure Ric is really self aware enough for the other way around, especially then!) What was it like for Arn when Ric had his WWF vacation? What was it like when they were working that enormous con job on Sting? Other Horseman came and went but Arn Anderson was always there standing right by Ric’s side and I love that. And we know Ric did too, in his selfish human peacock way.

The Hollywood Blondes were my favorites so of course WCW ruined everything. I love how even back then you can see the seeds of who both of them would become and I would pretty much love any fic where they’re being huge pains in the ass to everyone and making their own fun.

I love big, green Scott and how he and much more veteran, usually villainous Curt seem to adore each other. At this point in their lives the future is open and their biggest problem is Buddy Rose jumping them after the match or the two of them making sure Curt’s dad doesn’t catch them sneaking around. Putting all these together because a) this letter is already ridiculous and b) there is an obvious common element: give me Freebird fic! Freebirds dealing with the Von Erichs, the Birds tangling with JYD and outrunning mob justice, the Birds tearing up Georgia. I’m OTP about Michael/Terry – if they’re at a point where they’re at odds please have them reconcile by the end! (or make it a fic with Terry having a hard time hurting Michael or watching him go out drinking, knowing he’s going to get into trouble without Terry backing him up – that would be GREAT. Michael getting hurt while they’re supposed to be on the outs and Terry not knowing how to handle it would be amazing angst.) I love Terry being Michael’s loyal guard dog who is smarter than everyone gives him credit for and then of course too pretty for all of you Michael Hayes. And Buddy! I love Buddy signing on with these two loud mouth kids and never leaving even though they keep running out so he's stuck talking to the cops after bar fights, the ring veteran who should know better but clearly doesn’t. And they had SUCH an amazing blood feud with the Von Erichs, the kind you can only have when one side really thought you all were friends before getting a cage door slammed on their head.
